Premium ad placements are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the back cover, inside front cover, or inside back cover is no longer available, sponsors at that level may choose an alternate premium location within the program.

Back Cover or Inside Front Cover – $3,500
Dimensions: 5.5” (W) x 8.5” (H) + .125” bleed
Inside Back Cover or Full Page (Program Facing) – $1,500
Dimensions: 5.5” (W) x 8.5” (H) + .125” bleed
Full Page – $1,000

PLEASE NOTE: All ads must be prepared in one of the specified sizes. If you DO NOT have a current ad to send or extensive work needs to be done on an existing ad, please contact us for design fees.
