The Cardinal Newman Sporting Clays Tournament is an annual event held at the historic Millaree Hunt Club.
Millaree is one of the most beautiful spots in all of South Carolina and is located on the Congaree floodplain just upstream from the Congaree National Park. Come join us for a day of great shooting, fantastic food, and the unparalleled beauty of the old-growth floodplain forest that surrounds Millaree Hunt Club.
About the Sporting Clays Course
The Sporting Clays Course is designed by the internationally renowned John Higgins, former Chief Instructor for the National Sporting Clays Association and course design consultant for Orvis Company.
John brings more than 30 years experience to the Cardinal Newman Sporting Clays Tournament and is an expert target setter for National and World Sporting Clay Championships. Join us for a fun and challenging shooting experience!
