Textbooks
Students purchase their own textbooks and the cost varies depending on the class schedule. Families can expect to spend between $400 and $500 per year on textbooks per student.
Payment Terms
Standard terms are payment by semester; Full Payment and Monthly Payment Plans are available. (see below) Payments may be made in person or by mail to the Business Office on or before the due dates.
Full Payment Discount
Tuition accounts paid in full (tuition & fees) for the entire year by Thursday, June 5, 2008 by 4:00 pm receive a 3% discount.
Payment of Tuition by Semester
This option entitles the family to budget tuition payments by semester through FACTS Management Company. The first payment will be drafted in June 2008 and the second in January 2009. Payments can be made on either the 5th or the 20th of these months. The annual non-refundable enrollment fee charged by FACTS is $15.
Payment of Tuition by Month
This option entitles the family to budget payments over 12 months through FACTS Management Company beginning in June 2008. Payments can be made on either the 5th or 20th day of the month. The annual non-refundable enrollment fee charged by FACTS is $38.
Tuition Assistance
As part of our commitment to provide a quality Catholic education to any young man or woman who desires it, Cardinal Newman School seeks to provide need-based annual financial assistance to qualifying families.
Application for tuition assistance is made via Private School Aid Service (PSAS), We know this has been an important step in ensuring that a quality Catholic education will continue to be available to all those who seek it.
Interested families may contact the Admissions Office for more information and to request an application. Completed forms must be received by PSAS no later than March 3, 2008 in order to be considered.

Families who apply will be notified of any assistance they have qualified for by mail on April 7, 2008. Please allow an appropriate amount of time to complete the application because it requires financial information from you.
